Here's how the 3 day trip went.. most of which was spent on the road cause Penang is so damn far =.=Hwang Hsien contacting her 'contacts' we were sesat somewhere in Perak

The journey there was.. eventful. Primary bus broke down. Ever grateful for the multi-tasking super junior mom Miss Hwang Hsien, we menage to "Amazing Race" our way to Butterworth changing 2-3 busses on the way..  then on the ferry, then on another bus and finally arrive at our hotel..erm.. motel..
First night we ate at the nearby hawker stall, and later we played a game of "Truth or Dare" ..
I'm telling you.. it was SUPER, i pity those who couldnt make it.. Well, we learn a lot about everyone.. and i mean EVERYONE in the gang.. every dirty secret, every fling, every gossip.. huhu... well, the details~ FOREVER confidential and will be brought to the grave between the 7 of us~ kukukuku~

Like.. Chee Kar accepting the dare and kissed my feet! x) tht actually felt nice lOL! aside from the icky saliva haha.cc's not in the pic cause he was sacrificed as the cameraman x)

We played alot in the beach, sand castles, sand throwing, sand swallowing.. you name it. All done. The water was nice haha, and very refreshing. I'm missing the sea already~
So.. we posed alot and took tons of pics~ gonna upload them at my facebook, go check it out...
I'm too lazy to upload all lol, anyhow..
i had alot of fun! thx you guys!! looking forward to our next trip together! X)

From what i understand....
Basically the movie is set in year 1881, about 4 'brothers' working in a Malayan tin mine. All four are disciples of Tit Sok who is part of a triad that started the whole tin mining business. Basically its a really messed up story about the four of them with themes like brotherhood, betrayal, love [very awkward but yes there's romance in this], money, violence and a whole lot of half naked super yummy looking Asian men - who are all winners of numerous wushu/kung fu/ect medals.

The ticket costs Rm7 at One U. The lasts for about a grueling 1hour 45 minutes
so, to sum my experience up in one pharase:

Good cinematography, great choreography, fakking bad story telling

It was bad till the point where i have to hold on to the seat to keep myself from walking out that mostly empty cinema. The acting was ridiculous and the lines were lame. I didnt really get the whole point of the plot [if there was one] and i thought the morals of the movie were non-existent.

I thought the fight scenes were incredible, almost cool too. But, smthg probably went wrong in the editing department and a whole lot of repeats were present in the movie. As in, repeat-the-whole-fighting-scene-cause-someone-was-having-reminiscence-of-the-good-old-past. repeated for about three times, with occasional new scenes which were taken frm a different angle but the same scene. get wht i mean?

did i mention there were alot of fake blood? Like, computer graphic blood. Although it looked kindda different, special and cool.. still it was erm.. err.. great attempt on the technology though, i understand the motive.
plus
the gawky romance ~.~

I had a dream on how they came up wf this script.. .. ... ..
director: omg! this show is so kung fu-ish tht i'm afraid it wont appeal to the girls!
script writer: I know! Lets chuck in a love triangle! Tht'll totally be the bomb mann~
director: yeahh.. lets be unique! use the least handsome dude to be the one in love.
script writer: and! the woman has to be the evil enemy's daughter who speaks weird english, has too much makeup, wears the same cloths for every scene despite being rich and!!!
director: is a decade older tht the man!
script writer: on top of that! lets chuck in the evil man's faithful henchman to form a love triangle!
director: omg! tht'll totally rock. we can totally make the two dudes hate each other.
script writer: and you can make a scene of the henchman screaming in pain for some unknown reason too! tht way all the viewers will have a total puzzle to solve mann~
director: i'm gonna make his screaming background a burning warehouse, tht'll totally rock!
script writer: what about all the costumes?
director: We'll just make everyone wear white tees tht are super clean and pressed. and i mean EVERYONE has to wear them, here put this on!
script writer: cool, okay.. since its a Malaysian show, we gotta chuck in some other races in too right?!
*silence*
director: i got it! His name shall be Pak Abu and he'll help the four brothers train!!! omg i have it in my head! omg omg!
script writer: irrefutable, you're a genius! this time i bet we'll pull in some Malay fans! chuck in a few minutes of Silat too, dont forget~
end
_____________________________________________________________________________

All in all, despite things going wrong half way thought the show, FIVE stars for the motive and intention behind the movie, but for the overall i'll keep my stars for nextime x) I'm looking forward to the next Malaysian produced movie.

My noobish character in Pirate King Online

Multiplayer Role Playing Game or MRPG
in short, has been officially recognized as the student-destroying-family-breaking-money-wasting cursed creation of the 21st century that is yet to claim more casualties by sucking their lives off their soul in a deliberately slow and painless process.

A quick survey done in my previous school [by me] shows that about 95% of the students have heard of or seen or played or mastered or ownedd or multikilled or leeched or feeded in RPG game before. So obviously its something popular and the developement of new terms like 'KS' and 'loot' have been unintentionally included into our daily conversations.

For instance:
noob - a newbie in the game. but.. nowadays everyone's a noob.
KS - Kill Steal, to attack a monster or mob someone else has already started attacking, hence stealing some of the experience gain, usually a method where pros will use to annoy/insult the noobs.
gay - not homo, means u have a super good or useless equip tht other people covet or laugh about
mobs - the monsters u have to kill, usually alone or in groups of 2 and above [grammar no longer applies]
loot - to take the items the mobs dropped, 'looters are haters' [doesn't make sense to me]
pk - player kill?[i think] to kill other players in a very demeaning way.
feeder - someone who gives other people free kill by commiting suicide. a.k.a kamikaze
leech-er - someone who doesn't do anything but just sit there and get experience from other people's killings. freak.
lag - when the latency of the server is high and instead of walking, the characters warp around like some damn pro
hang - when your character enters simple harmonic motion
spawn - when a mob spawn out of nowhere and starts hitting you so hard and with alot of passion, almost like you killed it in its past life.

basically, terms like this are used in our daily lives.
_____________________________________________
Scene: Traffic Jam at Federal Highway

Mei: wah! see down there!
Nana: ya lor, so lag omg.
Mei: these mobs suka hati spawn here~
Nana: ya la, so gay~
_____________________________________________
smthg like that~ anyhow u get the idea~

What totally bugs me is the fact that these games are so damn fun you just cant stop. Its not like we suddenly mutate into a mechanical being that doesn't need food, water or excrete and sleep only 3 hours a day because he/she was gaming, but its the sudden DRIVE that keeps us robotize and apparently more determined that ever.
I believe the process that brought us close to the 'safe' euphoria [the one tht doesn't kill ur organs] goes like this:
________________________________________________
Phase 1
Start playing >> feel the power >> want more power >>cant stop playing
Phase 2
Play >> don't play >> die
_________________________________________________

As soon as we STOP playing, the sudden lack of dopamine causes a hangover, and we are temporally more moody, emo and prone to scolding innocent ppl. [dogs included]
hence, i have concluded that i am very sleepy now because i have been gaming for 7 hours straight. wow... i didnt know the computer screen can warp.

Five stars?
Despite being a huge fan, i think the movie deserves probably Three stars tops. Great set of casts, nice chemistry and good [although rather shallow] portrayal of the real characters from the book. Being a fan [since the book was first out on the stands], i thought the movie kinda swayed a bit too far off equilibrium point. Then again its always like that when it comes to book>>movie projects.
The Boons!!
Gorgeous people~ Kinda helps with the imagination part if you plan to read the book. Though, i think Robert[Edward] sometimes look less handsome from certain angles. He's not as photogenic as Kristine that's for sure but in the movie, i thought he portrayed Edward as most un-obsessed people would have. If you're obsessed enough to read Twilight from Edward's point of view, then Midnight Sun will definitely enlighten you a little on how "imperfect" Bella's Edward is. Though, this Emmet is much much more hotter than the one i imagined. Loved the Always in pain expression from Jasper, and Rosalie's violent tantrums. Did i mention the villain Victoria was super hot and cool? And the soon to die James is one of the hottest villains you'll ever catch on screen. Basically the movie's full of eye candy.

Rob, Krist and Kellen a.k.a Edward, Bella and Emmet

Music and Setting was very appropriately fitted in. In fact the music did a remarkable job getting viewers into the "emo-good-vampire-that-hates-himself" mood. The music in some scenes gives me goosebumps[which is a good thing], and if you dont like the actors you can always go watch it for the sake of the music :x
The Banes!!
Its about 40% off from the book. Alot of their super-interesting-conversations were not showed. However the ones tht side tracked are not a huge chunk but in many many tiny areas like dialogs, character's age/height of a particular soon to be wolf boy, setting, locations ect. for example,
The scene where Bella gets information out of young innocent Jacob. She was suppose to "attempt" a flirt [where i had a hard time imaging and was hoping the movie showed] in order to squeeze out the tribe secrets from the 15year old Jacob. THIS Jacob not only doesn't look like he's 15 and he's taller than Bella. Which differs from the book. [no complaints though, the dude's hot, just thought i let you un-booked people know]
And..
I dont remember Edward being so touchy in public. Although its nice to see him happily flaunt his beloved Bella, Stephenie Meyer's Edward was abit more restraint. The one who touched alot was Bella, especially in the "see Edward in the Sun" part. But.. instead in the movie it just showed them staring at each other. Did i mention i had thought Edward would be a whole lot shinier [like a light bulb probably] than a diamondy skinned dude.

Also, Edward did not expressed his remorse over murdering people in the book. He didn't say "This is the skin of a killer" and walked off. In fact, from what i read, he didn't exactly treated Bella the way Robert portrayed. He was supposedly more restrained, less touchy [in public] and more gentle. The world's most gentle gentlemen. In Midnight Sun he complained[to himself] that Bella didn't let him treat her like how a gentleman should. The scene where Edward brought Bella to go climb a tree wasn't in the book either. But it sure looked really good onscreen. Plus the background music, the screenplay was perfection.
All that's said, I'm not THAT huge a fan okay.. just a normal level fan that read Twilight erm, i dunno 17 times, New Moon 7 times, Eclipse 10 times and Breaking Dawn 15 times... its no big deal~ Besides i only watched the movie like.. 4 times so it doesn't really count as the HUGE FAN category~ Just wanted to share with all un-booked viewers on the difference btwn book and movie.
If you have not read the book, i suggest you do. Its the ultimate cheese-to-the-max-but-still-decent romance series ever! ahh.. i love Stephenie Meyer~ I should kiss her..
Edward and Bella at the Prom. Bella was suppose to throw a fit over going to the prom but director probably thought it was a waste of airtime~ you know girls and fits.. at least they got the dress color right ;)

Conclusion,  the movie was GOOD! and worth a watch especially if you haven't read the book. I cant wait for New Moon!! [2010 ughh the torture....]

ps: i'm not complaining, just sharing my totally unnecessary knowledge.

Happy Birthday TEME!!! :D

da birthday girl! 19 liao.. no chance of growing anymore luuu.... wakkakaka *lol*
[i made her wear tht STUPID hat]

Saturday, 20th November.
Two days ago, my best friend Hui Ting turned 19!! whoo hooo!! So the two of us decided to go an a little date at Mid Valley~ I'll treat her the usual Birthday Meal~
Half way through chewing my Kenny Rogers Black Pepper Kai Pei i suddenly realized something..  a great revelation.... i missed tht *beep* girl.
Anyhow the day turned from good to great!
She brought me to Japan Club beside the Megamall building. She introduced me her course mates; Sifu and Voon. Both happen to be from Brunei, and are currently studying Architecture [i think] at Taylors. I learnt how to play Go [as in Hikaru No Go] and Shogi! [in Naruto, Shikamaru plays this alot]
On the way, i got to speak to a Japanese Ojii-san!!!  [means uncle] omg!!! it went smthg like this:

*Voon's moving his silver shogi piece to KILL my king*
*Ojii-san walks by, and takes a look at our pieces*
ME: Sensei... Tasukete~
ME: Master.. Help me
Ojii-san: hohoho, nihongo hanashi deshyo?
Ojii-san: hohoho, you understand japanese?
ME: ah-heh hehhh
Voon: Wah! She knows japanese!
Ojii-san: *says smthg i cant remember in SUPER FAST jap*
ME: Chotto. *squints* Er.. Nihongo-ga sukoshi ga hanasemasu..
Me: Abit... er.. i know very little japanese
Ojii-san: Ahh... ye ye nihongo benkyo ne?
Ojii-san: Ahh.. yes yes, so you're learning japanese i see..
ME: ah-he heeehhh *randomly moves a piece forward*

Sigh~ I finally got a chance to speak japanese and THIS is what i do?!! I wanted to ask the Ojii-san questions, and strike up a conversation but.... didnt.. for the obvious reasons~
Also, malu abit la.. didnt wanna make it look as though i was showing off in front of Hui-chan's friends right?

Anyhow, The adventure actually begins AFTER that!

I went to the car park, wanna get my car. Freaked out as i noticed smthg yellow was attached to its hind tire! Went to the car, and looked at the notice.. the fine's RM100 ~.~
*Opens wallet*
*pieces of RM1 pops out*
great... Just perfect.. I gave Hui chan a panicky call, she was already on the train, and she only had RM 30 anyway so she suggested:

Hui: Hey! How about i call sifu come and help you! [we were just having a conversation on how rich he is, freaking Brunei-ans]
Me: *freaks* NO! OMG! I just MET the guy, i cant possibly TAKE money from him! OMG!
Hui: Oh! Never mind! I know how!
Me: How?
Hui: You use your charm!
Me: ..... no way....

As it turns out, i really had to use my charm..

:/// activate //// charming-hannah-mode //// level 5 //////////

I had to get to THE SECURITY HEADQUARTERS to get the clamp off, a friendly security guard standing in front of KFC was kind enough to bring me through half the journey. I'm telling you, the road there.... *shivers* it was dark and treacherous! I felt like a freaking prisoner! He had the excursionist swagger!! i thought i was dead meat! his legs were apart as he walked super slowly with long deliberate strides.... But the guy was kind enough~
Then when i arrived at THE SECURITY HEADQUARTERS i was led to a room, above the door frame was the words:
Interrogation Room
With the freaking 2 way mirror and all~ i was thinking.. oh shyt... so i decided to..

 :/// activate //// super-damn-charming-hannah-mode //// level 100!!!!//

And with a whole ocean of prayers~ I GOT OUT!!!!! I'M ALIVEEEE!!!! Woahhhh!!!!!!!
The man [Mr.Raju - as my altered ego manage to find out] said i was to pay a minimum of RM 10 ONLY! so with the 9 pieces of RM1 and 10 pieces of 10cents i manage to dig out, i was FREE!! wo hooo!!! :D

See the halo on my head? i'm an angel~ innocent and pure :D

AND THEN!!!

HOHOHO~ The adventure isnt over yet!
I was rushing to get out of the building before my ticket expires, so i took huge strides, as wide as my pathetically stunted legs could stretch..
As i was passing Beard Papa [LG floor]

Suddenly...i saw a man.
He was taking equally long strides, possibly rushing as well but in the opposite direction.
His eyes caught mine, and held it for an impossibly long period of time..
At that moment, the two of us... as if the whole megamall was empty.. in that millisecond...his eyes held mine.. intelligent and comprehensive, yet strangely unfamiliar. I've never seen this man before i thought but somehow i felt like i know him.. probably in another life? ..chinese bloke in his early 20's, glasses, white shirt and red tie. [in tht millisecond i figured he probably worked there] His outstanding features didnt ring any bells.. odd.. He looked as if he saw a long lost friend.
Everything happened so quickly yet, so clearly. I felt the adrenaline lingering in my veins from the previous ordeal thickening.
Then i remembered i was RUSHING! The damn ticket! But i couldnt turn my head, our heads turned in alignment like locked magnets as we passed by the other...
Damnit my hair was now in the way, i cant see clearly...
Then, as my head was probably 120 degrees turned.... eyes still locked...
The pause was long enough for a strand of black locks to fall away from my eyes...
His lips pulled up into a charming smile. "Hi" he said. Gorgeous smile i thought.
I choked out a "hi" and a smile and then...
*blank*
The next thing i knew i was walking towards my car again... I spent my entire journey thinking about tht guy~
I dont know him.. definitely dont know him..

Extras:

Just to show you how short she is :P [omg i love this]

Opps! Caught in the act trying to steal a piece of wood. There was CCTV right above my head =.= [cant help it, i have wood fetish]

She was suppose to LOOK like she was making out with it. haha.. She nge nge donwanna grab the MALE mannequin head~ tsk tsk... dont act innocent la you~

Giraffes!! Giraffe-giraffeeeeeeee!!!! MUAKX!!!

Chemists include sex pheromones into most perfumes.

Extremely intriguing, human pheromones..

Basically pheromones are chemicals secreted by glands in the body [mostly endocrine] and sex refers to erm.. sex la =.=

Frm Wiki:
Other studies have suggested that people might be using odor cues associated with the immune system to select mates who are not closely related to themselves.
In animals, sex pheromones indicate the availability of the female for breeding. Male animals may also emit pheromones that convey information about their species and genotype
. Many insect species release sex pheromones to attract a mate.

Did you know?

That Mok Wai Kit smells really good? I admit, i like ppl that smell good, its only natural :D And i happen to have a super sensitive nose [thx to the size ~.~] The men around me, basically just either smell bad or dont smell at all. ps: my sister smells like plastic.
Anyway, back to Mokky! :D Maybe its the detergent his mom uses [perhaps Mrs Mok KNEW that females with good taste would be attracted to that smell, hence in order to snag a good mate [ppl like me who happen to have good taste] for her son, she deliberately 'spray' pheromones on his baju] I cant blame her, other animals like the peacock rely on their flashy tail like some male rely on their handsome looks to attract a mate. Poor Mokky his tail isn't really 'flashy' more like... non-existent *sighs* [if u get what i mean]~ tsk tsk tsk.

So.. if u see him, smell him :D

ps: guys~ girls actually SMELL you~ even if you dont smell them back.

A recent meetings with family friends, opened my eyes to notice something that wasn't obvious before. These adults [who happened to be my bosses for a couple of months] notice something was off the hook. If Uncle Jon didn't mention it, i never would have noticed that inconspicuous little detail.
I wasn't myself.
Light headed, and distant. Often drunkish~ not that i take any alcohol whatsoever, In conversations i sometimes drift of into wonderland subconsciously and at other times, just plain distracted.

Friday night, uncle Terry had guests over during care group. The lovely British couple were returning to Newcastle the next day, usually i fared better when speaking with the elderly especially foreigners. I'm actually quite boastful about my english and most of the time spoke very well. Not that night though. As i continued the awkward chatting, i realize i wasn't really in the conversation, i hardly remember what we chatted about. Strange.

I'm glad kor came back this weekend, somehow seeing him gives me strength. He doesn't know it, but i really miss having him around.

Me and my brother~ He has sleepy eyes, still working on the cam-whoring skill~

This is a better shot of him. He's not as photogenic as me and my sister *fans myself* but his candid pictures are the BEST!

Me and my irritatingly adorable sister.

8 weeks till STPM. Nerve wrecking-ly painful, time seem to pass often slow, but mostly too quickly~ as if my mental imaging skills are starting to fail on me, memories from the past 14 months or so now seem so far away, its weird. I'm sure all of us [STPMers] feel this way, we know we're gonna miss each other, and have started to accept the fact that we might never see each other again yet a small part of us wish we could have stayed this way a little longer. This is the final countdown. I'm glad i'm going through it with my god send friends~

Like this teme over here. Always wanting to help his forever lost and damn blur friend, but just cant seem to know how. Thx Chern Chiang, for not giving up one me :D i'd say u have a talent on teaching noobs~ If u ever end up as a teacher, i'll definitely send my kids over! tehehe~

Category:Movies
Genre: Drama
Synopsis
A Korean period drama that revolves around the lives of 3 people. Hong Gil Dong, the bastard son of a powerful minister known as Yippan Minister who supports the current king. A delusional and tyrant ruler, Ghwang Hwi has been tormented by the guilt of the crimes he'd committed to get the crown. His neglect on the cares of the people brought up people like our hero who's actions would change the world. Gil Dong eventually crosses paths with a medicine merchant who just returned from Qing [China] with her grandfather. Hae Yi Nok is a bubbly, happy-go-lucky, carefree and incredibly naive girl. Romance sparked between the two and its interesting to see their credible acting. Then we have the "true" legitimate heir to the throne Yi Chang Hwi. He too just returned from Qing and happened to be on the same boat with our heroin. They had their faithful encounter there and from that day on, Yi Nok's life would never be as safe as before. Chang Hwi's claim to the throne is made just by the sacred Sain Sword said to have been bestowed by the late King meant for His legitimate son on the throne.
And so the story goes on, with a couple of fillers in between. Knowing the work of the Hong sisters, these talented duo wrote an interesting love triangle between our 3 heroes.
Extremely appealing and filled with alot of colorful characters. I really like most of the characters, although i had wished some other modifications to the characters like..
1. Yi Nok didn't have to be THAT naive. Her dumbness sends the wrong message to the audience [that's because the actress makes looking dumb so freaking cute]
2. Chang Hwi didn't have to be THAT mysterious. He seldom let his opinions out and acts too damn cool all the time. Maybe it would have been nice to see him be MORE human other than cry abit over a girl. [opps, spoilers!]
3. Gil Dong's moral values are so messed up. Again, probably sending the wrong message to the audience, anyhow his cause was quite justifiable.

The Bright side of the show..
1. Extremely exciting and killer-cool sword fighting scenes. Especially the ones between Gil Dong and Chang Hwi.
2. Very romantic love triangle.
3. Quite a strong plot, and hard to predict. Although towards the end, not many approve of the finale still i thought it was fitting and realistic. [irony]
4. Interesting characters, like suicidal harlot turned thief or talented blacksmith who makes out with trees. And of course irreplaceable 'accessory' characters like Chisu.
5. Credible acting by most parts. I thought all the actors did a marvelous job, especially the one portraying the mad tyrant king who's constantly paranoid over his thought to be dead brother.
6. Nice quality apparels and back ground. Great cinematography. *claps*

Ahh.. eye candy~ *stares*

Charmingly mysterious, excitingly swift, murderously powerful, easily vengeful, silent, deadly and ridiculously attractive. An exile prince fighting for his throne fleeing from his King half brother. He lives in hiding as a Guild Master with hundreds of loyal servants willing to die for him.
More importantly,
A man in love with a woman who's heart belongs to someone else. Painfully he endures the torture of seeing her cry again and again over another man - his friend and rival.
ohh~ something's just incredibly sexy about a guy with long hair and a painful past.

for everyone
i noticed, that one of my most emotional moments in a month - may or may not relate to PMS - is during the full moon.
Some people believe that the stars control our lives. They set the course and the finish line is determined. We just have to go through with it -fate. And to think blasphemy is unrelated, astronomers believe they can predict the future by looking into the stars.

Here's the deal.

Ever felt like something out there is controlling you? affecting you? Especially if its during the full moon. I have. In fact i'm feeling it right now and have been going thought the same tormenting night for the past 3 months. If i had less sense, and was in weaker control of myself, excluding physical and ethical limitations i would get out there and do some damage. I feel wounded/hurt but nothing/nobody/nowhere in particular, just a raging tempest within my heart that couldn't ceased its annoying howls. A time bomb, ticking. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock.. Just waiting for the right initiator to set loose the cannon, lurking in my own subconsciousness - waiting for the opportune moment to let it all out. A dynamite crowded into a room filled with lit candles, waiting just waiting for her big bang. One mistake, one slip, one lack of discipline, one moment of weakness.. and the devastating chain reaction shall have its genesis. At a time like this, i call it my "Werewolf Episode."

Symptoms:

- Head feels heavy, like sinuses are flooded with ocean water. Not as irritating as a migraine, neither is it comfortable. Just an unpleasant sensation between both temples.
- Heart feels stuffed, probably abit like the sensation of having alot of unnecessary chunks of starchy-substances hugging the heart unwilling to release its death grip.
- Tearless cry. Feeling extremely emotional, easily offended and cant take jokes especially those that are personal. Even the sight of someone you dislike turns your stomach around.
- Self pity. Expects others to understand, no compromise, self- preservation mode: ACTIVATED
- No tolerance for incompetence.
- Easily enraged and feels upcoming violent outbursts - like the urge to hit something really hard or simply a dark desire to disfigure someone.

Ever felt that way before?
If you fail to recognize the problem and let the burst of emotions take over, most probably you'll end up doing something you'll regret. Worst if you hurt others along the way. So here are some ways to tackle this disturbing onslaught.

Ways of relief:
- Tell someone who cares about how you feel. [risk: It makes you vulnerable - weak - pathetic]
- Scream. Trash around. Cry. [risk: Again, vulnerability]
- Hit something, pillow doesn't really count. Hit the wall, the pain on your hands might distract you from the other tormenting emotions temporally. [risk: physical injury/scars/messy wall]
- Scream. Trash around. Cry. [risk: Again, vulnerability]
- Sedate yourself - Pause a moment and cup both hands over your face/hug yourself [risk: you'll look moronic]
- Isolate yourself. Curl up in a fetal position in a dark secluded location. Wait for the episode to pass along. [risk: waste of time/nightmares/dark rings under your eyes]
- Run. Not physically, but let your mind escape. Distract yourself with books/movies/games/music/etc. [risk: depends what you do, its only temporal the calming effect wears off quick]

If i could morph, i might consider turning into an eagle, instead of heavy padded foot and sharp fangs, being airborne is as close as nirvana as you can get.
